For example m: I have to stay up late doing too much homework every day .And my mother also asks me to have lessons on weekends . I know if I want to be successful in the future . I have to face the challenges . So I often smile to everything to reduce the pressure .In my space time ,I listen to the music that I can dance to , because it can make me relaxed . I also go to a movie with my friends on Saturday evening . I chat online once a week . Doing sports is another way to relax myself .
In a word , we can do lots of things to reduce the pressure and make our life more and more beautiful.
